School is a good place for students to acquire and enrich knowledge, and to communicate with others. Whereas, when it comes to examination and quiz, frustration will be emerged in mind.
Students are obsessed working with complementary exercise in order to obtain good result in exam. Whilst, this a place for students suffering from stress.
Therefore, an appropriate relaxation is needed for releasing the pressure .
However, I am not telling you to give up your academic studies, but to relax in a moderate rate. Moreover, you ought to balance your time protion spent between relaxation and studies.
